Financing

The financial goal of this project is to be financially self-sufficient.

Our goal is to raise $1.5 million to cover the cost of construction so the building can operate without the burden of a mortgage debt. Revenue from programs will then easily cover operating costs and allow for expansion of programs and facilities.

Sufficient capital needs to be raised to completely pay for the construction costs by the end of 2004
